Resource Pack: Building Inclusive Workplaces

Thank you for your interest in these resources.

This resource pack was developed with disabled people across the North East and is designed to help employers and organisations think about the barriers people experience when looking for work, starting work and staying in work.
The resources are free to use within your organisation.

We have been working with disabled people across the North East to explore their experiences of looking for work, staying in work, and accessing support. People told us about the barriers they faced and what would make employment more accessible.

The resources below bring together what we learned.
