They help people with hidden disabilities find and keep jobs. A hidden disability is one you cannot see. Autism and hearing loss are hidden disabilities. Rachel says the world is often not built for people like her. This is called the social model of disability barriers in society are the problem, not the person. You have rights. You can ask for adjustments at work.
