Disabled access terrible or none existing depending how you look at it!

I went to Hallgarth manor yesterday for my nans birthday on arrival asked for disabled entrance the staff looked confused and asked what that was and where did I want to go, we were just going for lunch I was shown through a back door the lip was massive and I couldn’t have done it on my own. On the way out my family decided it was safer to carry me in my chair up the steps as at leads out on to a flat path. Very disappointing Hallgarth manor!!
