Being told two disabled people can’t enter together

My partner is deaf and can’t wear face coverings as they interfere with her hearing aides. I’m ASD and panic at times with face coverings. The manager of the wholesalers my partner buys stock from have told us we can’t both be mask exempt and put up signs banning us if one of don’t wear one also adding statements like “everyone else follows the law”.
