Unsupportive Employers

Finally, I got an ergonomic chair and footstool and other equipment needed to do my job , after years of battling my employers and taking them to court. Unfortunately, I have another battle ahead. I have been told I have to arrange to have it set up for me prior to each shift. When I advised my manager that I cannot do this due to my disability , I was told to ask other members of staff to set it up for me. How embarrassing. I am exhausted with fighting them, please help!!
