Managers forced me to pick up litter tab butt’s from outside the hotel despite knowing I was disabled and unable to bend and twist . They humiliated me in front of other staff. They also failed to provide me with an ergonomic chair as identified and recommended by Occupational Health. This is a multi billion pound company who claim they are an “inclusive employer” and welcome Disabled applicants. Yeah right!
