The government is reviewing Personal Independence Payment (PIP). We’re making sure disabled people’s real experiences are part of that conversation and we need to hear from you. If you’ve claimed PIP, your experience can help highlight what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change.

We’re gathering evidence from disabled people across the North East to inform our response to the government’s Timms Review of PIP.

This review is looking at:

  • The purpose of PIP
  • Fairness and eligibility
  • People’s experience of claiming
  • How PIP should change in the future

We’re focusing on real experiences of the process, because that’s where the system often fails.

  • The form takes around 2–5 minutes
  • You can skip any questions
  • Your responses will be used anonymously
