Disability Experience Survey

Your Voice Shapes Our Region’s Future

We’re asking disabled people across the North East to take part in this important survey: Your Voice Shapes Change. Your answers will help us show what life is really like when it comes to access, services, and how people are treated day to day.

The survey takes around 10–15 minutes to complete and is informed by what disabled people have told us in recent focus groups.

Your participation will help us put lived experience at the heart of our campaigning and ensure disabled people are represented locally, regionally and nationally.
