Accessibility Consultants

Despite making up 20% of the population, with approximately £300 billion in purchasing power, less than 10% of organisations have a plan or strategy that lays out how they will engage with their disabled employees or customers.

The consultancy services that we provide are all aimed at improving the accessibility and inclusion of your services, which means that more disabled people will use your services more often. These services range from increasing staff know-how, creating or adapting policies or processes, or reviewing current practices for access and inclusion for staff and/or customers.

All of our consultancy services are provided by disabled people, emphasising and role modelling the capacity and professionalism of disabled people

How it works

The majority of access issues cut across professional domains, what applies to local authority administrations also applies to High Street shops. This means we can provide support across professional domains wherever there are staff and customers or service users.

Whether you want to increase the numbers of disabled customers or service users or if you want to ensure that your staff receive the reasonable adjustments they need, we will make sure that you are able to do so.

Many of our consultancy services training which can be tailored specifically to your needs covering areas from digital accessibility to inclusive recruitment practises. We also provide audit type services which review digital and non digital services against accessibility guidelines, provided by legislation and international access guides, e.g. Web Content Access Guidelines.
