We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Trainer & Training Development Officer to join our small and values-led team at Difference North East. This developmental role combines the delivery of high-quality disability equality training with the creation and growth of our training portfolio.

The role is central to our ambition of making the post self-sustaining through income generation. You will deliver existing training packages, develop new courses in response to need, and actively promote Difference’s training offer to partners and new markets across the North East.
